To whom it may concern,

I hope to have found the 'right' website. I'm writing to learn where to return defective goggles that proved so within a week (I have both the goggles and sales receipt). The store will not accept returns, for any reason and it suggest I email Speedo -- which leads me to you.

I've been a lap swimmer for 35 years, beginning at Stanford U., then Masters and now devoted to fitness & health, wearing Speedo over the most of the years. I note a Speedo subsidiary located in Santa Barbara.

Please advise with thanks,

Unfortunately Pentland has just been found using child labor in India to produce their Mitre balls. Seems like they have lots of great things on paper but little information on how they are actually enforcing their standards. What's worse is that there is video footage with a child stitching a Mitre ball and it is labeled as "child labor free production." I think we all need to wonder if companies like Pentland are really serious about labor rights in their supply chain.
